The Office Live Small Business from Microsoft offers not just a public facing web site for free, but a back office with applications that will run a business as well, and the ability to expose back office data through the public web site. Having built such in the past, I consider the labor saving to today's users is nothing short of miraculous.

 

That's amazing.

 

What can be done by a bit of programming in this environment, again, is mind blowing, work-flows, user data collection mediated by email, the list is just starting to unfold, what's lacking is public awareness of what's 'out there'.
